HR ARTHASHASTRA
“In the happiness of his subjects lies the king’s happiness, in their welfare his welfare. He shall not consider as good only that which pleases him but treat as beneficial to him whatever pleases his subjects” - Kautilya.
The King should have the foresight to avail himself of the opportunities (by choosing) the right time, place and type of action and people. He should know how to govern in normal times and in times of crisis. Here is an opportunity to prove your worth.
A team is only as good as its weakest link. Every organization is feeling the pinch as human resources are drying up and there are lesser and lesser people who fit the bill. This game aims at bringing out the problem solving ability of the participants.
